The market gardens and allotments of our district are very rich and varied. The mild climate and the fertile, well-watered soils give excellent and very tasty products. We encourage you to try the endless number of dishes made with these products by the restaurants of Peratallada from 19th april until 18th May.

Some of the best known products are peas, broad beans, “escalivadas” (charcoal-grilled bell pepper, onion and eggplant) and the large variety of ratatouilles.
