Crayfish eaten alone is exquisite, but it also forms part of the well-known ‘sea and mountain’ cuisine, in which elements from very different origins are combined to perfection.

You can taste these dishes in the municipalities of Calonge-Sant Antoni i Palamos between October and December.

The restaurants in these towns offer a menu in common with all the establishments that participate in the campaign and where you can enjoy a mushroom salad of the season, crayfish from the bay, an Empordŕ dish, desserts, wine and coffee.
