This biennial campaign was first organised in October 2002. The Terracotta Cuisine brings together restaurateurs and pastry cooks of La Bisbal with the aim of promoting a gastronomic initiative as part of the activities of the town’s Pottery Fair.

The common link between the various dishes offered during the Fair is that they are cooked in the earthenware vessels that are characteristic of the district and particularly of La Bisbal d'Empordà.

It will take place from 1st until  15th october 2008.
