Illustrated leaflet setting out the gastronomic campaigns carried out in the Baix Empordà. It includes a calendar showing all the festivals and activities having to do with cuisine and recipes for the three most typical Baix Empordà dishes. This publication is available free of charge and may be obtained from the Consell Comarcal del Baix Empordà and the district’s various tourist offices.
