The nucleus of Romanyà is one of the principal attractions of the municipality of Santa Cristina d’Aro, and was the home of the writer Mercè Rodoreda. Its lovely pre-Romanesque church of Sant Martí is interesting for its structure and the sum of elements that compose it.
